Your StoneFly Storage Concentrator product is covered by StoneFly's web-based and telephone technical support by purchasing a service contract from your StoneFly representative. Each Storage Concentrator includes one year of technical support standard.

In order to initiate StoneFly Customer Service coverage for your product, you must first register your product via StoneFly's web site, www.stonefly.com, or by returning the completed Registration Card that is included with your product documentation. Please provide your date of purchase and StoneFly product serial number when you start the registration process.

Extended warranty coverage and on-site service with 4-hour response time can be purchased from StoneFly. If you purchase an extended service contract after your initial one-year warranty has expired, your system must be re-certified (for a fee) before a new service contract may be purchased. Any repair needs identified during re-certification are your responsibility, and repairs must be completed prior to purchase of the new service contract. Although reasonable effort is made to notify you before your service contract expires, StoneFly is not liable for failure to renew your service contract.

Service may be provided by third parties following phone-based troubleshooting. 24/7, 4-hour on-site response is available within a 125-mile radius of over 80 US metropolitan areas. Customers not located within a 125-mile radius of the stocking locations may experience longer on-site response times.
