StoneFly Networks Expands National Reach by Opening Six Regional Sales Offices
Company's IP SAN-Based StoneFly Backup Advantage Solution Drives Sales
StoneFly Networks™, Inc., the innovator of powerful, cost-effective data protection and management solutions based on IP SANs, today announced the expansion of its nationwide presence by opening six regional sales offices. StoneFly has bolstered its team of regional sales managers, with offices opened in the Southwest, Southeast, the Northwest, Northeast, South Central and Midwest.
According to Bob Boggan, vice president of sales and marketing for StoneFly Networks, last year's introduction of StoneFly Backup Advantage™ (SBA), an IP SAN-based disk-to-disk backup solution, has fueled the need for an expanded national sales presence. "The success of SBA is testimony to the data management challenges facing IT executives today, including shrinking backup windows, meeting government compliance requirements, and fulfilling disaster recovery initiatives," Boggan said. "By addressing these challenges with ease and affordability in an integrated backup, recovery and business continuity solution, SBA has generated increased market momentum along with the need for a strengthened national sales force."
